Ingredients
- 1 pound king oyster mushrooms
- 1 red bell pepper, diced
- 1 yellow bell pepper, diced
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil

- 1 teaspoon cumin
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup vegetable broth
Instructions
